  • Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
